Anyone can try track cycling, and being an indoor facility means that rain, hail or shine, it’s always training time at the velodrome.

TCWA have introduced a selection of novice sessions for you to choose from:

Tuesday Night Training

Open Night

The above sessions are designed to introduce new riders to the discipline of track cycling. Under the watchful eye of professional TCWA  coaches, you will be guided through a range of skills. For more information about the velodrome (including  rules and regulations) you can download a copy of the Velodrome Riding Handbook at the bottom of this page.

Track bikes are available to hire for all TCWA sessions.  It is recommended you always wear gloves.

Track cycling is a multifaceted discipline. Everything you learn with TCWA will help you in other aspects of your life – be it road riding, racing, leadership, and being part of a corporate team. Come and find out what it’s all about!
